Mr. Kensik limits his practice strictly to the area of Family Law. He is licensed in the State of California and is also licensed in the State of Illinois, where he had a practice for several years in the City of Chicago.  He is also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Kensik is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a member of their Family Law Section and the Small Practice Section.  He is a member of the South Bay Bar Association and a member of their Family Law Section.

Mr. Kensik was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and received his undergraduate degree at Bradley University in Illinois, and first moved to California in 1986.  In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Kensik has held various positions with several Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Allied-Signal, Federal-Mogul Corporation, and 3M.  He and his wife and two children reside in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County.  He is active in his local parish and is a Scout leader.

Mr. Kensik also spends numerous hours each year on evenings and weekends attending various seminars and continuing legal education programs to stay up on the most recent changes in the Family Law area.
