For more than thirty years these words have guided the Law Offices of Glen L. Rabenn, Certified Family Law Specialist. With his staff of seasoned professionals,  Mr. Rabenn has helped thousands of clients to resolve their family law cases with skill and understanding.

Since 1972, Mr. Rabenn has successfully handled numerous cases in the Superior Courts of Orange and Los Angeles Counties.  However, Mr. Rabenn believes that most divorce cases can and should be resolved outside the courthouse. Mr.  Rabenn has created the concept of “Mutual Divorce Solutions,” to customize the dispute resolution process for each case that he handles.

Collaborative Divorce: Mr. Rabenn is one of a select number of family law attorneys in Los Angeles and Orange Counties who is certified to practice Collaborative Divorce. In a Collaborative Divorce case the spouses and their attorneys agree to resolve the family law matter without going to court, using a team that includes mental health professionals and financial specialists. The Collaborative Divorce process enables the divorcing couple to control the outcome of their case without subjecting their children to the trauma that is usually associated with cases that are decided by a judge.

Mediation: In a mediation, the spouses agree to jointly retain the services of a neutral mediator, who assists them in negotiating a resolution of their case. When he is retained as a mediator, Mr. Rabenn will sit down with both spouses and assess the unique issues in their case.  When appropriate, Mr.  Rabenn brings in other professionals who are also trained in mediation techniques. As with Collaborative Divorce, mediation enables the couple to resolve their case without going to court.
